Hello everyone!
The good news is that Sister Mackenzie is awesome!!! She is from Canada, she has been out about the same time as me and she is hysterical. I love her so much and we are going to have a great transfer together. Sister Smith goes back to temple square Wednesday, she will be missed. We have had a lot of fun this week.
So remember when I told you that we had these little black boxes installed in our cars? Well for the past few months they have been monitoring our driving/speed/turns/everything. Now we have a voice that tells us everytime we speed or drive aggressively. And we have to log into the car every morning so that when the reports go to President he knows exactly how each missionary drives. It's really cramping my style. Just this morning on the way to emails the guy talked to me 6 times! Not cool.
Hmm another funny story is that on Sunday Sister Smith wore Sister Mackenzie's skirt. It was a little bit tight but she wore it anyway. Well when we were in the middle of church Sister Smith said to Sister Mackenzie, "If this splits, what are you going to buy me?" She said she would buy her a milkshake. Then less than 5 minutes later she leaned over and said, "You owe me a milkshake." We spent a good portion of the meeting in the bathroom with safety pins. It was SO FUNNY. Sister Smith was super embarassed but we joked with her anyway.
When we were tracting the other day this little boy started repeating back everything I said to him. So I decided to say, "How much wood would a wood chuck chuck if a wood chuck could chuck wood?" He just stared at me for a few seconds and then started mumbling really fast. Haha, he reminded me of Sean.
I cannot really think of anything else to write. Thank you for the cards and letters that you have been sending. I really am okay. A mission is hard but I am doing well. I love you!!
Sister Tanner
